Katie did an outstanding job helping us find our condo. She is very knowledgeable, always responsive and keeps a cool head working thru any issues that may develop. She has contacts in all areas of home ownership and can recommend contractors or just ask them questions. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful but Katie worked with us to make this a smooth transaction. Katie is amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and just incredible at her craft. When I bought my first home, she was the seller’s agent; she made such a lasting impression, that I reached out to her many years later to see if she would list our current home. My husband and I could not be happier we did! Throughout the entire process from our first meeting to when we closed, Katie was thorough, explained everything really well, and was extremely responsive. We have two young children and she always worked with our schedules and made sure we felt comfortable; especially when it came time for showings.
